TurnaTech Launches Turna W&B for Weight and Balance Automation

TurnaTech, a Uzbekistan-based aviation IT provider, has introduced Turna W&B (Weight & Balance), a new product designed to automate aircraft load planning and centre‑of‑gravity calculations. The system helps airlines and ground handling agents optimise cargo and passenger distribution while ensuring safety, fuel efficiency, and sustainability standards are met.
Turna W&B removes the need for manual spreadsheets and guesswork. By automating the entire weight‑and‑balance workflow, it cuts the risk of human error and frees up ground crews to focus on operational execution rather than number‑crunching.
Key capabilities of Turna W&B:
  • AHM565‑compliant database out of the box. The system ships with a pre‑populated fleet database that matches IATA’s AHM565 standard. Aircraft performance data is already loaded – no time‑consuming data entry required.
  • Dual‑mode data entry – automated or manual. Airlines can run fully automated calculations or step in to adjust parameters manually. The system adapts to your preferred workflow, not the other way around.
  • Visual dashboards for instant oversight. Load and balance information is presented in both tabular and graphical views, giving dispatchers a clear, real‑time picture of each flight’s status. Decisions become faster and more confident.
  • Centralised fleet balance control. Head office can manage balance settings for the entire fleet remotely, while local teams retain role‑based access to only the functions they need. Permissions are granular per flight, route, or user.
  • Automated load sheets and messaging. Turna W&B automatically generates and transmits all required load messages, NOTOC, and other dispatch documents in line with international standards – no manual paperwork, no delays.
