TurnaTech Releases Major Update to the Turna PSS Platform

2026-05-08 13:50
TurnaTech has announced a significant update to Turna PSS, its end-to-end passenger services and distribution platform for airlines. The release is focused on deeper automation of day-to-day workflows, improved staff productivity, and a direct uplift in the quality of passenger service.
The update spans all core modules of the system. Key enhancements include refined schedule and inventory management tools, an expanded Turna DCS module, and improved seat assignment capabilities. Agent notification workflows, data filtering, and business rule configuration have also been substantially reworked, enabling airlines to tailor the platform to their specific operational processes faster than ever. Tasks that previously demanded considerable time and effort from airline staff have been re-engineered into streamlined, reliable, and straightforward workflows.
User experience was a central priority of this release. Working screen interfaces have been redesigned based on real-world operational feedback: navigation has been simplified, visualization of key parameters improved, and the number of steps required to complete routine tasks reduced.
The scope and direction of the update were shaped by continuous collaboration with Turna PSS customers — from regional carriers to established market players. Feedback from airline operational teams drove the prioritization of every feature included in this release.
"The aviation industry is navigating a demanding environment — from aircraft shortages to a scarcity of qualified personnel," said Hanan Lokshin, CEO of TurnaTech. "In this context, improving workforce productivity, strengthening passenger loyalty, and consistently raising service standards are no longer optional — they are core strategic priorities for every airline. These are precisely the goals that guide the evolution of Turna PSS, and we develop each new capability in close partnership with our customers."
TurnaTech is a Uzbekistan-based aviation software company and a resident of the IT Park Uzbekistan innovation cluster. The company's core strength lies in combining local market presence and deep regional aviation expertise with internationally recognized standards: all TurnaTech products are fully IATA-compliant, and TurnaDCS has been certified on the TAV CUPPS, RESA CREWS, and RESA CREWS CUPPS platforms. This gives airline customers access to a world-class technology partner that operates in the same region, understands the market from the inside, and delivers solutions built for both local realities and global requirements.
