Uzbek airline Tashkent Air has announced the adoption of several IT solutions from aviation software developer TurnaTech. The company will implement the passenger service system Turna PSS, the direct distribution platform Turna Gate API, and the online sales module Turna Shop. Together, these tools will help the airline deliver a modern digital experience to passengers while enabling direct, commission-free cooperation with travel agencies.
Turna PSS is a flexible IT platform that integrates all key passenger service processes — from scheduling and reservations to airport check-in and ancillary service sales. By automating routine operations, the platform allows airline staff to focus on service quality, customer loyalty, and business growth.
Turna Gate API is designed to establish seamless connections between airlines and agents. It enables agencies to directly access the airline’s PSS in real time to search, book, and sell tickets and ancillary services. This reduces distribution costs by bypassing GDS systems and improves customer experience through automated exchanges and refunds.
Turna Shop booking module allows passengers to easily purchase tickets and ancillary services via the airline’s website and mobile app.
