TurnaTech and Fly Khiva Mark First Year of Successful Collaboration

Aviation IT provider TurnaTech and Uzbek carrier Fly Khiva have marked the first anniversary of their partnership, highlighting the role of TurnaTech’s digital solutions in the airline’s technology core and future growth strategy. Over the past year, Turna PSS has supported more than 800 flights and 150,000 passengers across Fly Khiva’s domestic and international network, including routes from Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Montenegro, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Throughout the first year of cooperation, TurnaTech’s support team has accompanied Fly Khiva at every stage of system rollout and operational use. The airline submitted 419 support tickets, all of which were resolved in full compliance with agreed SLAs. The majority of requests related to tailored configurations for Fly Khiva’s specific business processes, underscoring the flexibility of the platform. In addition to the standard ticketing workflow, the two companies set up a joint Telegram chat for real-time interaction between their technical teams, enabling faster response times and greater transparency in day-to-day collaboration.

Fly Khiva first announced the implementation of the Turna PSS passenger services platform and the Turna Shop online sales module in December 2024, positioning these products as key tools for building its distribution model and digital passenger experience. Turna PSS brings together schedule management, reservations, ticketing, and ancillary services in a single system, reducing the volume of manual tasks and allowing Fly Khiva’s team to focus on service quality. Turna Shop powers a seamless online booking flow for tickets and ancillary services on the airline’s website, providing passengers with a clear, fast, and fully digital customer journey.
Aziz Khodzhaev, Head of Sales at Fly Khiva, added: “As a young and ambitious airline, our goal from day one has been to offer passengers a flawless digital experience that meets international standards at every stage of their journey. One year of successful cooperation with TurnaTech clearly demonstrates that we chose the right technology partner to help us deliver on this ambition.”
“Our key strength lies in combining local presence with international expertise,” said Hakan Lokshin, CEO of TurnaTech. “We are a Uzbekistan-based software provider and a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan, with a deep understanding of the context and needs of airlines in Central Asia. At the same time, all our solutions are fully compliant with IATA international standards and are designed to integrate smoothly into the modern global aviation technology landscape. Our experience with Fly Khiva shows that airlines in Uzbekistan and across Central Asia can receive world-class service from a local vendor like TurnaTech.”
