TurnaDCS Achieves RESA CREWS Certification

Tashkent / Paris, 6 April 2026 – TurnaTech's departure control system TurnaDCS has successfully completed certification on the RESA CREWS platform, including the RESA CREWS CUPPS edition, confirming full compatibility with one of the most widely deployed technology environments in global aviation. The certification validates that TurnaDCS operates reliably within the RESA ecosystem, supports the full range of required hardware, and covers all critical passenger check-in and boarding scenarios.

RESA CREWS is an IATA RP1797-compliant platform deployed at more than 300 airports worldwide, enabling airlines, ground handlers, and airports to share check-in counters, boarding gates, and associated peripherals — including boarding pass and baggage tag printers, barcode scanners, and document readers. The RESA certification process encompasses solution integration testing, hardware compatibility verification, and comprehensive acceptance testing. Achieving certification on both CREWS and CREWS CUPPS confirms that TurnaDCS has been validated against the full scope of platform requirements.

For airlines operating TurnaDCS, this certification delivers a clear set of operational and commercial advantages:

No additional development at RESA-certified airports. TurnaDCS can be deployed at any airport running the RESA CREWS platform without additional integration costs on the airline's side.

Broader airport reach. Airlines using TurnaDCS now have access to an expanded network of airports where their departure control system can be seamlessly installed and rapidly brought into service.

Simpler, faster scaling. TurnaDCS can be rolled out across multiple RESA CREWS airports without re-certification at each location, accelerating route network expansion.

Full CUTE compatibility. CREWS CUPPS retains backward compatibility with CUTE applications, allowing TurnaDCS airlines to operate across both CUPPS and legacy CUTE environments — maximizing flexibility at mixed-platform airports.

Guaranteed hardware interoperability. Certification covers workstations, boarding pass and baggage tag printers, document scanners, and readers, giving airlines confidence that TurnaDCS will work reliably with all standard RESA-certified peripheral devices.
"RESA certification is the delivery on our commitment to airlines in the region — to provide a DCS that can be deployed worldwide without unnecessary complexity or additional costs," said Hakan Lokshin, CEO of TurnaTech. "Combined with our existing TAV CUPPS certification, TurnaDCS now covers an even broader CUPPS footprint, giving airlines the freedom to scale their operations without incurring extra integration expenses."
